MisiBi (com.misibi.app) is the app of
Bucovina Mission Organization. This document describes what we forbid,
how it can be reported, what happens after a report, and who to
talk to.
Our commitment
Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse material and any form of sexual exploitation of minors have no place in MisiBi. This is not a matter of graduated moderation: it is a line nobody crosses.
MisiBi is intended for people over 18. We do not create accounts for minors and we do not build features aimed at children.
What is forbidden
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form: photograph, video, drawing, text, made by a person or by a machine.
- Sexualisation of minors, including hints, descriptions or images that place a child in a sexual context.
- Grooming a minor, soliciting images, or any attempt to make contact for a sexual purpose.
- Promoting, facilitating or normalising any of the above, including through links to other places.
- Human trafficking and any exploitation of a minor.
The prohibition applies to posts, photos, videos, reels, stories, comments, private messages, profile names and descriptions. There is no corner of the app where the rule does not apply.
How to report, from the app
Any content can be reported, by anybody, in two taps. You do not have to be connected to whoever published it, and nobody learns who reported it.
- Tap the three dots on the post, comment, story, message or profile.
- Choose Report.
- Choose the reason "Sexual content involving minors".
You can add a note, but it is not required. A report with no explanation is treated just as seriously.
What happens next
A child safety report does not join a queue. Other reports climb a ladder — three voices, or two from people who have been right before. This one skips it entirely:
- Immediately. The content is held from the first second, on a single report. Nobody has to gather three complaints before somebody looks at a report about a child.
- A person looks. The app's automatic filter is not allowed to close a child safety case on its own — for this category, any level of suspicion leads to a hold and to a person, never to "let it through" and never to a silent refusal.
- The account is suspended if the report is confirmed, and the content is kept for the authorities rather than deleted, where the law requires it.
- We notify the authorities. We cooperate with the police and the competent authorities in Romania and respond to lawful requests.
What we do before anything is reported
MisiBi has an automatic filter that looks at what is published, with a category dedicated to child safety. For this category, the filter has no threshold below which it lets something through: any signal leads to a hold and to a person.
We say it the other way round too: a machine does not decide about a child on its own. The filter stops; people decide.

For users: if you have seen something and cannot or do not want to use the report button in the app, write to contact@misibi.com with the subject "Child safety". It is read as a priority.
For authorities: lawful requests, data preservation and emergency disclosure requests, all to contact@misibi.com. We answer emergency requests as quickly as we possibly can.
If a child is in danger right now
Do not wait for our answer. In Romania call 112, or 119 — the child helpline, the national number for reporting child abuse. Outside Romania, call your local emergency number.
The law
We comply with Romanian and European child protection legislation, including the obligations to report to the competent authorities. These standards apply to all MisiBi users, wherever they are.
