MisiBi is the app of Bucovina Mission Organization,
published under the package name com.misibi.app. This
page explains how to delete your account and your data.
How to ask for deletion
From the app
- Open Settings (from the profile menu).
- Choose Account privacy.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email, if you no longer have access to the app
Write to contact@misibi.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "MisiBi account deletion". We confirm receipt and handle the request within the same deadline as if you had asked from inside the app.
How long it takes
We undertake to handle the request within 30 days of receiving it. Until then you can change your mind: the request can be withdrawn from the app, from the same page it was made on, or by an email to the same address.
What is deleted
- The account and the sign-in methods (password, Google, Apple).
- The profile: name, username, photo, description, links.
- Your posts, photos, videos, reels and stories.
- Your comments and reactions.
- The messages you sent and the conversations you took part in.
- Your followers and the people you follow.
- Registered devices and notification addresses.
What is kept, and for how long

What you can do instead of deleting
If you only want a copy of your data, without deleting anything, you can ask for it in Settings → Account privacy → My data. It is a separate right and it does not involve deleting your account.
